Soundings offer ongoing classes in Reiki, LifeBreath, Crystal Bowl Healing Meditations, Journeying, Group Hypnosis~ Manifesting Through Hypnosis and Sound. Classes are held at Soundings, The River Studio in Hallowell, Merkaba Sol in Augusta, Magick Bridges in Scarborough and elsewhere! Willing to travel to do LifeBreath!! Also offering Aquatic Soundings at Wild Grace Wellness Center in Dresden.

Reiki

Brenda teaches Usui Tibetan Reiki on an ongoing basis. This form of Reiki is taught in four levels, although one can bring forth a wonderful healing with the first level. Great for working on yourself, loved ones, pets, and clients. If you are interested in learning this gentle yet powerful healing technique please feel free to call or write.

This dynamic breathing style is an amazing way to reduce stress and re-energize your body. All you do is lie on the mat and breathe!

Shoes are left at the door, wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat to lie on, a warm blanket, a pillow if you like, a bottle of water if needed and a willingness to breathe change into your life! Transformation and a deep sense of “Self” is created through the process of deep breathing, affirmations, music, Sound healing, Reiki, Spiritual Healing, rocking and other intuitive techniques.

Journey Through The Chakras

Journey through the chakras with the sounds of 7 crystal singing bowls.
The sound waves produced by the pure quartz bowls provide an inner body “sound massage”. The sound assists in releasing tension and stress held in the physical body, calming the mind and centering one’s focus. Their sacred sounds have a profound effect on the body, mind and spirit.

The second part of the class we will experience toning. Toning is simply the creation of sustained vocal sound, the audible vibration of breath, often nonverbal and based on vowels sounds. This is an opportunity to learn a take home tool that you can use to help maintain a clearer energetic body. It is a simple yet powerful technique accessible to everyone. No singing experience required!

Awakening The Possibilities ~ Manifesting Through Hypnosis & Sound $25

This class is an opportunity to manifest change into your life; working with the manifesting energies of the new moon, sound to clear your energetic body, and hypnosis to deeply set your intentions. Some of the sound tools used to clear are the didgeridoo, drum, rattles, bowls, and a gong. One would lie down on a yoga mat to experience this night. We begin by clearing each chakra with the intent to clear everything that we hold in our body physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually that stands in our way of achieving our true hearts desire.

The second part of the night we are working with the transformational I’am script. This script helps people to realize their potential and to really claim what it is they would like to manifest into their lives.

Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows and water if needed.

Awakening Intuition

6:30 to 8 $15 This class will be held monthly dealing with different topics regarding intuition. Great class for beginners or those who want to hone their skills. Registration required. Class limited to 15

If you have a group of 8 or more who would like to do a private class, please give me a call and we will set it up. If this is to be held in my own office, the group size is 6.

Aquatic Soundings ~ Sacred Sound in a warm salt water pool! Monthly classes are being held at the Wild Grace Wellness Center in Dresden! Registration is required. Let me know if you are interested!
