Classroom available for rent for workshops. $25 for anything up to 2 and a half hours. $30 for 3 hours or 30% whichever is greater. If you would like to check out the space, please give me a call.
Soundings offer ongoing classes in Reiki, Crystal Bowl Healing Meditations,Group Hypnosis~ Manifesting Through Hypnosis and Sound, & Journeying. All classes are held at Soundings unless otherwise noted.

Regina Strongheart of Forest Circles teaches a four week workshop on Developing Your Personal Healing Gifts. Regina is a gifted Medical Intuitive who assists you to listen to the voice of your heart. Participants will participate in personalized as well as group lessons and activities which will assist in defining and developing their unique gifts. Reiki
Brenda teaches Usui Tibetan Reiki on an ongoing basis. This form of Reiki is taught in four levels, although one can bring forth a wonderful healing with the first level. Great for working on yourself, loved ones, pets, and clients. If you are interested in learning this gentle yet powerful healing technique please feel free to call or write.

Reiki Clinic
For the past 5 years Soundings has hosted a Free Reiki Clinic to help support people dealing with cancer during their healing process.
This night is also open to people dealing with other serious illnesses. We accept donations for the latter to help cover the cost of printing, supplies and space.
This gentle night of support happens once a month. Call to register at 557-2664.
Crystal Bowl Healing Meditations
Journeying Through the Chakras with the sound of 7 crystal singing bowls. The second meditation is using positive affirmations supported by 10 bowls that are sounded to create beautiful harmonics. We end the night sharing our voices as we tone the chakras together.
Awakening The Possibilities
Manifesting using Hypnosis and Sound. Clearing the energetic body through a variety of sound, didgeridoo, drum, rattle, rain stick, bowls, etc., to prepare the body for working with the I AM Power for awakening your true hearts desires.

An Evening of Healing with Sound
This event goes from 6 to 9 with an optional swim from 9 to 10. All proceeds from this event goes to cancer research.
David Hopkins of Reiki Fire will join me in a night of sound. We will both be offering a meditation with our bowls, and then joining our sound together. Other sound tools will also be available, as well as Reiki Tables for those who feel the need to be supported. Bring your own yoga mat, and or blankets and pillow. The Senator Inn is offering a discount for the rooms for those who wish to stay.
